With the intention of opening new roads to tourism in Puglia, aware that the respect for the environment is now crucial to reconcile nature and man, was made the first road book "Ciclovia Adriatica in Puglia", in Italian and English. A project for a tourism innovative and original, attentive to the protection of the territory, which should appeal of cycling enthusiasts nationally and internationally. Made from the Puglia region with European funds (project SKY), in collaboration with FIAB (Italian Federation of Friends of the bicycle Onlus), the Road Book allows cycle-tourist to have a useful guide on the distance covered, the stretch of Puglia, the route number 6 network Bicitalia called Ciclovia Adriatic. Ben 1,000 km of roads from the border of Molise to the Cape of Santa Maria di Leuca. The route can be reached from the national and international tourism thanks to the pivot points transport terms represented by the cities of Bari and Brindisi, linking the national route with the European course Eurovelo n.5 "Ciclovia-Romea Francigena" and the route Italian n .10 of Bicitalia "Cycle Route of the Bourbons" (Napoli-Bari).
