COD. G5 – Cooking Lesson with Fresh Pasta and Local Products
Discover the pleasure of dining on traditional Apulian dishes you’ve prepared yourself in a typical farmhouse. Surrounded by olive trees and white stone, you'll be guided by an expert in making the famous orecchiette, which you will then enjoy.
The course will continue with the preparation of taralli and "focaccia barese," which you’ll taste alongside local products such as burratine, mozzarella, and capocollo. The tasting of local products will also include fava beans and chicory, stuffed artichokes, and orecchiette with arugula and fresh cherry tomatoes, just like the true Puglian way. Homemade almond cookies and homemade rosoli will accompany you at the end of the meal. A perfect opportunity to learn about and savor traditional dishes in a 100% Apulian farmhouse.
