DESCRIZIONE PROPOSTA
A marvelous experience to discover the scents of the beautiful organic vineyard of an ancient masseria. Built in 1400 and surrounded by an enormous vineyard, centuries-old olive trees and dry-stone walls, has been refurbished to preserve the original structures and materials.
The experience starts with a walk in the vineyard, followed by and Italian aperitivo combined with a Bianco Salento white wine. At the end you’ll return to the masseria for a tour and you’ll enjoy the beautiful view on the vineyard from the rooftop. Later on there will be a tasting of 5 organic wines made in the masseria to taste with 5 dishes including appetizers, main course and dessert.
