Cooking Lesson on Panzerotti and Taralli at the Farmhouse
In this cooking course, you will be guided in preparing the delicious Apulian panzerotti and taralli, set in a unique location: a farmhouse surrounded by olive trees with over 200 years of history.
After the preparation, you’ll sit down to enjoy panzerotti with assorted fillings and fried pastries, accompanied by typical local products such as burratine, mozzarella, and capocollo. The tasting will continue with local specialties like fava beans and chicory, and stuffed artichokes cooked in terracotta by the fire. The culinary experience concludes with homemade almond cookies and traditional rosoli from the farmhouse.
