DESCRIZIONE PROPOSTA

This experience will make you discover the secrets and techniques to make the worldwide known pizza using you own hands, and you’ll learn the art of kneading following the advises given by an expert «pizzaiolo» chef. In doing so you will use local products of great quality such as Apulian flour, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and the best Apulian extra-virgin olive oil. The cooking class wll take place in a marvellous atmosphere: an ancient grotto in a masseria built with the typical Apulian white stone, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. Besides tasting your pizza and the chef’s one with Apulian products like sun-dried tomatoes, you will also taste some Apulian products: «burrata», «capocollo di Martina Franca» ham, Primitivo wine and almond-paste pastries.
