The rooms and suites, immersed in the peaceful nature of vibrant colors, create a suggestive alchemy with the surrounding landscape.
The typical stonewalls, enclose a garden of aromas with intense fragrances mixed with sea breeze.
Our 31 spacious comfort rooms, are made in pure Mediterranean style with antique furnishings and are equipped with:

SUITE THE COURT :
The Suite present in the building, realized by the retraining of the ancient environments restored and softened with typical materials of the construction of the Apulian countryside: stone, limestone and lime plasters. It is an open space with star vaults and an old stone chimney of the end of 1600. Elegantly equipped with antiques furniture, it spreads over an area of ??55 sqm and has a large private court fitted with furniture and outdoor chairs, for exclusive use.
SUITE STRUCTURE :
The suite represents the restoration of the ancient manor house. It rises on the whole property being placed on the first floor of the structure which is accessed through the ancient staircase, enjoys a panoramic view of the sea and the lush surrounding countryside. It is wide 65 sqm and is composed by 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, a equipped panoramic terrace. It has the typical features of the local buildings of the end of nineteenth century and it is finely fitted with antique furniture in a sober and relaxing style.
RESTAURANT:
Has a large and comfortable restaurant reserved to the hotel guests and a restaurant in the garden opened to the to external clients. Our chefs will propose the typical Apulian food in gourmet key, exalting tastes and colors of the local products. With its huge star vaults in typical Apulian limestone gives an immediate sensation of relax and comfort, moreover, allows through its stained glass windows, to look out over the lush surrounding countryside.For the hottest periods, guests will have at their disposal an outdoor garden, where will be possible to relax and to eat from breakfast to dinner. The hearth, the gastronomy, the typical products of the earth and of the sea are the true value of the conviviality of the people of Apulia.The rediscovery of these products, comes mainly from the surrounding areas, of these colors, fragrances and flavors are thebasis of our cooking that contains the typical features of the Mediterranean diet (universally recognized as a source of Being Well) which often will blend with notes of modernity.
BEACH:
The structure is fitted with a sandy beach, situated in the locality Capitolo. It has a shuttle service.
