For the second consecutive year the stand of Puglia has been awarded to the ITB Berlin as best exhibitor in the category Europe with the Best Exhibitor Award, organized by the Cologne Business School and delivered two days ago during a ceremony attended by more than six hundred guests from all over the world. Shall inform the Minister of Tourism, Region Apulia Silvia Godelli that explains the details of the news: "This year we placed third, after Austria and Poland. Among the criteria for the award: innovation, sustainability, design, creativity, accessibility, staff motivation, quality of the organization, budget ".

In the exhibition center in Berlin, where there were more than ten thousand international operators, the stand of Puglia has been the focus of a "great attention and a significant influx of visitors." Among the meetings that have taken place even those between Pugliapromozione and some tour operators and agencies.
According to the '2014 survey of ReiseAnalise presented in Berlin during the ITB, sixty percent of the German tour is strongly interested in destinations that allow sustainable tourism, in contact with nature, genuine food and away from the bustle of the tourist destinations more jokes : the offer of Puglia could meet those needs. Anyway attract tourists from abroad - and not only - represents both a goal and a challenge: in a time when the crisis has drastically reduced family budgets and opportunities the quality of the proposal is an ingredient of success. The ITB Berlin was also the 'opportunity to launch the road show in 2014 that #weareinpuglia Pugliapromozione organizes in Germany, as well as in Vienna, Paris, London and Dublin; the village will bring a piece of the Puglia region in the square in Berlin's Sony Center from April 28 to May 6 and Monaco Olympiapark from 15 to 24 May.
