Foggia is the headquarters of the International Fair of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry. It is a city that has developed after the reclamation of the Tavoliere.

Despite the terrible earthquake of 1731 and the bombings that hit the city during the Second World War, has an important historical center enriched by palaces of relief, churches and monuments dating back to Frederick as the majestic cathedral of the twelfth century and the period of Federico II .
