Studio with kitchenette: apartment of approximately 30 square metres, with twin or double bedroom with kitchenette, bathroom and a furnished terrace.
Studio flat: flat measuring approximately 30 square metres, comprising a large living area with equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, sleeping area and bathroom facilities.
Two-room flat: flat measuring approximately 30 square metres, equipped with a living room with kitchenette and third bed, twin or double bedroom and bathroom.
Three-room flat: flat measuring approximately 90 square metres, equipped with living/dining room, kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom and small terrace or furnished patio.

The Ville They were built in accordance with the traditions of typical Salento courtyard houses, characterised by the presence of an open space, namely the courtyard, around which one or more residential units were arranged. Today, the rooms have been redesigned and adapted to modern needs, transforming the old courtyard houses into beautiful, detached, single-family villas with a large double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious private patio of approximately 50 square metres.
