Evocative historic 17th-century farmhouse, immersed in the tranquillity of the Apulian countryside of Upper Salento and surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and native vineyards, is located about 15 km from the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic coast and the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve. Once the hub of rural life, it included the manor house, the oil mill, the stables and the farm workers' lodgings, all protected by fortified walls. Today, after careful restoration, the farmhouse has been transformed into a refined accommodation facility, preserving the original architecture and atmosphere of Apulian rural tradition.

The vast outdoor park surrounding the farmhouse is a peaceful corner immersed in greenery, enriched by historic fountains, rustic pools of water and an ancient portico evoke the charm of the past. Dominating the landscape is an imposing tower, symbol of the farmstead, which with its austere beauty tells centuries of history.

The property organizes 29 rooms elegant and comfortable, some with garden views and terraces (double, triple, quadruple and one single), including a refined Suite and accessible accommodation dedicated to ospiti con disabilità. Recently built, all rooms feature antique oak flooring and are equipped with the latest amenities: private bathroom with bathtub or shower, minibar, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, adjustable air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection included.

The day begins in the bright breakfast room, where a lavish buffet welcomes guests with local and international specialities.
The restaurant, with charming indoor and outdoor spaces, is the ideal setting for weddings, gala dinners and corporate events, thanks to its elegant and memorable atmosphere. The ancient rooms of the farmhouse have been skilfully transformed into cosy rooms with barrel vaults and exposed stone walls, overlooking a refined shaded balcony leading to the main courtyard.
Wine Cellar & Tastings
For lovers of fine wine, the charming cellar carved into the rock, framed by ancient carparo stone walls, offers a unique food and wine experience. In an intimate and evocative atmosphere, amid soft lighting and enveloping aromas, guests can enjoy an exclusive tasting menu, guided by the establishment's sommelier, in discovering the finest wines from the Apulian region.

The splendid swimming pool, immersed in a natural setting among ancient cypress trees, flower beds, natural rocks and a picturesque laghetto ornamentale, offers guests a corner of pure relaxation, equipped with elegant chaise longues and comfortable gazebos.
