The Masseria of Charme Itria, dating back to the 16th century, is an-ancient farmhouse now transformed into a charming hotels and organic farm, immersed among millennial olive trees in the heart of the Itria Valley. The breakfast represents a moment of authentic pleasure for guests. From the early hours of the morning, artisanal preparation comes to life with the daily creation of a selection of biscuits and a ever-changing cake, designed to accompany the awakening. Completing the offer is a variety of extra organic jams that vary according to seasonality, along with fresh fruit, dairy products, cold cuts, and eggs from free-range farms. An experience curated in every detail, capable of making the start of each day special.

Authentic Apulian Zero-KM Cuisine

The Authentic Apulian cuisine presents itself as a balance between land and sea, following the seasons and enhancing genuine flavors. Not chefs, but zero-mile cooks reinterpret ancient peasant recipes with sensitivity, keeping the link with tradition alive. Dishes are prepared every day with organic products from the farm, including vegetables, wild herbs, and handmade pasta, offering an ever-changing experience.
Seated in the restaurant hall, among stone vaults and floors next to the fireplace, it is possible to taste dishes that exalt local ingredients, accompanied by carefully selected Apulian wines. The journey concludes with a wide variety of artisanal rosoli (liqueurs), including the one made from olive leaves, which is particularly distinctive.
In the summer months, the experience moves to the outdoor courtyard, where the suggestive atmosphere transforms every meal into an immersive and charming moment.

Immersed in the countryside, the 16 rooms of the Masseria of Charme Itria were created from the conservative restoration of the original parts of the dwelling, carried out in respect of the ancient structures. Furnished with period-style furniture, they preserve the charm of the past intact while offering contemporary comforts.

Classic rooms
Simple and elegant environments, distributed between the courtyard, the noble floor, and the ancient stables, ideal for those seeking authenticity and tranquility. Traditional furnishings with contemporary touches, perfect for stays of individuals or couples immersed in the countryside.

Superior rooms
Refined spaces with old-world charm, featuring wrought iron beds and typical floors. Some offer views of the courtyard or garden and are equipped with additional comforts for a relaxing stay, suitable for up to three people.

Privilege Rooms
The most exclusive and spacious, each different from the other and characterized by unique details such as small terraces, private courtyards or fireplaces. They offer full services and fine linens for a high-level experience.

Junior Suites
Large and suggestive, located in the oldest part of the structure, with a sleeping area, living room, and fireplace. A romantic environment rich in history, ideal for those who desire space and atmosphere.

With the arrival of the beautiful season, the swimming pool of the Masseria opens its doors to offer guests moments of authentic relaxation. Immersed in greenery and enveloped by silence, it is accessible at any time of the day or night, providing an intimate and suggestive atmosphere. The pool represents a perfect oasis of refreshment after excursions in the surroundings. The staff provides everything necessary, including beach towels, to ensure maximum comfort.
Also available to guests an Honesty Bar in a rustic style, ideal for enjoying aperitifs, light lunch and seasonal fruit in full autonomy.

Organic products and extra virgin olive oil

For over 30 years, the estate has been producing typical organic products, genuine, and high-quality, within a farm of over 72 hectares, managed entirely under an organic regime since 1991. The estate is home to approximately 1,600 olive trees of more recent varieties and over 2,600 millennial olive trees, with specimens reaching up to 2,000 years of age.
Production includes four organic extra virgin olive oils as well as artisanal rosoli (liqueurs) obtained by infusion, including an exclusive olive leaf liqueur, recognized nationally. Alongside these are extra jams, almonds, legumes, and sauces made with protected local varieties, an authentic expression of the territory and Apulian agricultural tradition.

Authentic Experiences: oil and tradition

The Masseria di Charme Itria welcomes oil tourists from all over the world to discover the secrets of extra virgin olive oil production, from processing to storage and its best use. The experience, lasting about an hour, includes a visit to the masseria, the underground oil mill, and the olive groves, followed by guided tasting of organic oils.
From october to december, one can experience the ritual of the olive harvest, participating in a traditional activity immersed in secular olive trees and discovering the rural Apulian culture firsthand.
