Masseria che vede nascere le sue fondamenta nel 1800, quando con l’arrivo della ferrovia, i commerci crebbero e si rese necessaria la presenza di un nuovo frantoio nel borgo. Successivamente, nel 1920 venne realizzato il primo piano della Masseria per ospitare gli alloggi dei signori, che con pavimenti dell’epoca ed i suoi affreschi finemente restaurati, regala oggi la magia del tempo che fu. Circondata da distese di ulivi, la sua posizione è strategica per visitare il Parco regionale Dune Costiere e passeggiare lungo la via Francigena per ammirare le bellezze naturali che del territorio ostunese. A circa 7 chilometri dal mare, percorribili anche in bike, si giunge alle spiagge con macchia mediterranea dove godere di tramonti indimenticabili.
Le camere
La masseria dispone di 13 camere suddivise in tre tipologie, delle quali 9 ricavate principalmente dalla struttura principale della vecchia masseria e 4 di costruzione recente. Nello specifico ecco la suddivisione delle camere:
- Classic matrimoniale: alcune possono ospitare fino ad un massimo di 3 ospiti, sono ubicate al piano terra, nelle vecchie stalle della masseria, con volte in pietra e bagno privato con doccia – letto matrimoniale non separabile;
- Deluxe matrimoniale: alcune possono ospitare fino ad un massimo di 3 ospiti, sono ubicate al primo piano della vecchia casa patronale accessibili solo con scala, sono di metratura diversa e dispongono di finestra o balcone con vista sul paesaggio rustico. Una delle camere presenta bagno con vasca accessibile da una piccola rampa di scale, mentre le altre dispongono di bagno con doccia – letto matrimoniale non separabile;
- Superior room: alcune possono ospitare fino ad un massimo di 3 ospiti e possono essere camere moderne distaccate dal corpo centrale della masseria o le camere storiche più grandi di dimensione. Presentano tutte patio o balcone privato esterno e bagno con doccia privato – letto matrimoniale non separabile;
- Queen Superior Con patio esterno privato: distaccate dal corpo della Casa Padronale e ricavate da vecchie stalle della Masseria, sono le Camere di ultima fattura, più moderne ma rispettando la storicità del luogo. Hanno tutte bagno con doccia e le camere sono tutte Matrimoniali non sdoppiabili, ognuna di esse dispone di un patio esterno recintato e privato con sdraio, zona d’ombra, tavolo e sedie.
Il ristorante
Lo Chef delizia i suoi ospiti con piatti della tradizione dove creatività, intuizione e qualità delle materie prime si sposano per dar vita a percorsi sensoriali e culinari sia a pranzo che a cena. Il tutto proposto in una sala, arredata finemente e che mantiene i caratteri rurali e tipici del luogo, che può ospitare fino ad 80 ospiti all’interno e fino a 100 ospiti nella corte esterna. L’orto bio curato direttamente dallo chef permette di avere prodotti a km 0 e di avere in tavola prodotti di prima qualità. Oltre al menù à la carte sarà possibile scegliere la mezza pensione con piatti del giorno.
Il borgo è adatto all’organizzazione di banchetti, eventi e matrimoni studiati ad hoc assieme ai commensali che potranno scegliere di poter sfruttare tutti gli spazi della masseria.
La piscina
In masseria è stata costruita di recente una piscina ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti e permette loro di godere momenti di estremo relax in uno spazio solarium contornati da ulivi e vigneti e della pace del luogo magico in cui si trova, “La Piana degli Ulivi Millenari”.
Le esperienze
La masseria propone esperienze collaterali al soggiorno alberghiero sia all’interno della struttura, con visite al frantoio ipogeo su prenotazione ed in base a disponibilità, degustazioni di olio o delle cooking class, che all’esterno con escursioni in bici o a cavallo. Sarà possibile anche organizzare transfer da/per l’aeroporto o prenotare un noleggio con conducente.
I matrimoni
La struttura può organizzare matrimoni e celebrare le vostre nozze all'aperto, a bordo della splendida piscina, oppure nelle antiche stalle della masseria. Il giardino esterno è perfetto per chi vuole sfruttare i mesi più caldi. Una sala interna, con volte in pietra e un antico camino, è la soluzione ideale per creare un'atmosfera familiare ed elegante.
Lo staff è attento alle esigenze e sempre disponibile a fare in modo che venga vissuta un'esperienza indimenticabile.

Masseria that sees the birth of its foundations in 1800, when with the arrival of the railway, trade grew and the presence of a new oil mill in the village was necessary.
Later, in 1920, the first floor of the Masseria was built to host the houses of the lords which, with floors of the time and its finely restored frescoes, today gives the magic of that time.
Surrounded by expanses of olive trees, its location is strategic to visit the Regional Park "Dune Costiere" and walk along the Via Franchigena to admire the natural beauty of the Ostuni area. About 7 kilometers far from the sea, also accessible by bike, you reach the beaches with Mediterranean vegetation where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
The rooms
The farm has 13 rooms divided into three types, of which 9 obtained mainly from the main structure of the old farm and 4 newly built. Specifically here is the subdivision of the rooms:
- Classic double: some can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 guests, are located on the ground floor, in the old stables of the farm, with stone vaults and private bathroom with shower - double bed not separable;
- Deluxe double: some can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 guests, are located on the first floor of the old patronal house accessible only with staircase, are of different sizes and have a window or balcony overlooking the rustic landscape. One of the rooms has a bathroom with bathtub accessible by a small stair, while the others have a bathroom with shower - double bed not separable;
- Superior room: some can accommodate up to 3 guests and can be modern rooms, detached from the central body of the farm, or larger historic rooms. All have patio or private balcony outside and bathroom with private shower - double bed not separable;
- Queen Superior With private outdoor patio: detached from the body of the Manor House and obtained from old stables of the Masseria, are the latest rooms, more modern but respecting the historicity of the place. They all have a bathroom with shower and the rooms are all Double without the possibility to be split, each of them has an outdoor patio fenced and private deck, shaded area, table and chairs.
The restaurant
The Chef delights his guests with traditional dishes where creativity, intuition and quality of raw materials are combined to create sensory and culinary paths both at lunch and dinner. All offered in a room, finely furnished and which maintains the rural and typical character of the place, which can accommodate up to 80 guests inside and up to 100 guests in the outdoor courtyard. The organic vegetable garden managed directly by the chef allows to have products at km 0 and to have on the table top quality products. In addition to the à la carte menu, you can choose half board with dishes of the day. The village is suitable for the organization of banquets, events and weddings designed ad hoc together with diners who can choose to take advantage of all the spaces of the farm.
The pool
In the farm has been recently built a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests and allows them to enjoy moments of extreme relaxation in a solarium surrounded by olive trees and vineyards and the peace of the magical place where it is located, "La Piana degli Ulivi Millenari".
The experiences
The farm offers side experiences to the hotel stay both inside the structure, with visits to the underground oil mill on reservation and subject to availability, oil tastings or cooking classes, and outside with excursions by bike or horse. You can also arrange transfers to/from the airport or book a rental with driver.
Weddings
The structure can organize weddings and celebrate your wedding outdoors, by the beautiful pool, or in the old stables of the farm. The outdoor garden is perfect for those who want to take advantage of the warmer months. An indoor room, with stone vaults and an ancient fireplace, is the ideal solution to create a family atmosphere and elegant.
