Questi splendidi trulli si affacciano direttamente sul mare cristallino della costa Adriatica, precisamente a poca distanza dalla cittadina di Trani nel nord barese, territorio famoso per i castelli federiciani. Da questa dimora è possibile raggiungere in poco tempo le rinomate località turistiche della Terra di Bari, Giovinazzo, Molfetta, Bisceglie e Barletta con i loro tipici borghi, ristoranti a pochi passi dal mare e raffinati lidi balneari. Inoltre a poco più di un’ora si può raggiungere il Gargano per ammirare la meravigliosa costa dei Trabucchi (antichi strumenti da pesca, costruiti in legno e oggi diventati dei particolari ristorantini di pesce) e le rinomate cittadine turistiche di Peschici, Vieste e Mattinata. I Trulli Mare Blu “Beachside Villa-Puglia” sono un vero e proprio esempio di tradizione pugliese immersi in un contesto lussureggiante di fiori e piante della macchia mediterranea, con giardini di verde ben curati che permettono un accesso diretto alla bellissima spiaggia mediante un accesso privato.
Caratteristiche area esterna:
- Terrazza panoramica di oltre 200 mq collocata al terzo livello, sul punto più alto dei terrazzamenti, dalla quale si può godere della meravigliosa vista sull’Adriatico e sul Gargano e immersa in un prato inglese, caratterizzato da alberi, siepi e fiori.
- Ampia area con prato inglese e macchia mediterranea dotata di chaise-longue, panche e zone per sosta ombreggiate da alberi e siepi, in cui ci si può rifugiare nelle giornate più calde sorseggiando delle bibite fresche.

Questa splendida dimora è divisa a livelli terrazzati ed offre ai propri clienti la possibilità di godersi il proprio soggiorno in totale privacy. La struttura è completata da wc con docce ed ogni comfort. L’arredo è molto sobrio, proprio per rendere gli interni gradevoli alla vista.
Il piano terra, caratterizzato da una particolare illuminazione e da un vano a doppia altezza, è arricchito da una meravigliosa parete di roccia viva, totalmente climatizzato ed è composto da comodi letti; zona relax con luci soffuse; una zona giorno con piano cottura ed elettrodomestici e ornata da particolari ceramiche artigianali; infine vi é un’ampia camera da letto matrimoniale climatizzata che può ospitare un terzo letto.
Al primo piano troviamo la panoramica camera da letto matrimoniale climatizzata e con accesso indipendente che può ospitare anche un ulteriore letto ed è dotata di terrazza esclusiva. In tutte le stanze dei trulli è a disposizione collegamento Internet.
These beautiful Trulli directly overlook the crystal-clear sea of the Adriatic coast, precisely a short distance from the town of Trani in northern Bari, an area famous for its Frederician castles. From this residence it is possible to reach in a short time the renowned tourist destinations of the “Terra di Bari”, Giovinazzo, Molfetta, Bisceglie and Barletta with their typical villages, restaurants a few steps away from the sea and elegant seaside resorts. Furthermore, just a little more than an hour you can reach the Gargano to admire the wonderful coastline of the « Trabucchi » (ancient fishing tools, made of wood and now special seafood restaurants) and the renowned tourist towns of Peschici, Vieste and Mattinata. The Trulli Mare blu «Beachside villa-Puglia» are a true example of Apulian tradition immersed in a luxuriant context of flowers and plants of the Mediterranean scrub, with well-kept gardens that allow a direct access to the beautiful beach through a private access.

- Panoramic terrace of over 200 sqm located on the third level, on the highest point of the terraces, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Adriatic and the Gargano and immersed in a lawn, characterised by trees, hedges and flowers.

Indoor area features:
This beautiful residence is divided into terraced levels and offers to its guests the possibility to enjoy their stay in total privacy. The structure is completed by toilets with showers and every comfort. The furniture is very sober, precisely to make the interior pleasing to the eye.
The ground floor, characterised by special lighting and a double-height room, is enriched by a marvellous wall of living rock, totally air-conditioned and composed of comfortable beds; a relaxation area with soft lighting; a living area with a hob and appliances and adorned with special handcrafted ceramics; and finally there is a large air-conditioned double bedroom that can accommodate a third bed.
On the first floor there is the panoramic air-conditioned double bedroom with independent access that can also host an additional bed and has its own terrace. Internet access is available in all the rooms of the Trulli.
