La Masseria è una struttura di fine 800, un tempo adibita a frantoio oleario , è immersa nel meraviglioso contesto tipico della campagna pugliese tra orti ulivi e muretti a secco, sulla costa della valle D'Itria la terra dei trulli, nel territorio delle contrade di Monopoli . Tipico manufatto dell’architettura tradizionale pugliese, a poca distanza dal più bel tratto di costa della provincia di Bari, caratterizzato da lunghe distese di sabbia e meravigliose baie. facilmente raggiungibili i luoghi di maggiore interesse turistico Polignano a Mare , Alberobello, Monopoli , Ostuni, Locorotondo , Bari.
Non è stato semplice, dopo numerosi e impegnativi interventi di restauro, conservare la struttura originaria della costruzione e preservare l’austera identità del luogo, le sue fascinose e semplici linee architettoniche e restituire bellezza alle volte a stella che nobilitano e impreziosiscono i soffitti, ai muri di “tufo”, ai pavimenti di “chianche” e ai suggestivi “muretti a secco” che racchiudono l’intera struttura.
Per l’arredamento si è puntato, con un approccio upcycling, al recupero di materiali e oggetti già presenti nella struttura, come finestre, aste di ferro, tavole, porte e portoni, o acquistati nei mercatini, riconsegnando ad essi un nuovo e decorativo impiego, attraverso la combinazione di semplici oggetti fai da te con arnesi della vita contadina, pezzi contemporanei in stile indutrial, shabby, e arredi vintage.
La Masseria offre un meraviglioso salone conviviale, con un grande camino centrale, e un’ampia zona salotto, un rigoglioso, colorato e profumato giardino di 3000 mq arredato con divani, poltrone, altalene, amache, tavoli e sedie.
Le ampie camere, arredate con un approccio upcycling in un design mediterraneo, sobrio e raffinato, sono caratterizzate da volte a stella e pavimenti in pregiata pietra locale. Tutte dotate di ingresso indipendente, di un’area giorno con cucina e salotto, letti in pietra, bagno privato con bidè e suggestive docce in pietra, dispongono, inoltre, di spazi esterni di pertinenza (patio/terrazzo/giardino) e godono della vista della collina della Valle d’Itria, della vista sul giardino e sul mare di ulivi che caratterizzano il paesaggio. Le camere sono provviste di climatizzatori, termosifoni, lenzuola e asciugamani, TV 32 pollici, satellitare a schermo piatto, stoviglie e asciugacapelli.
Tra i servizi offerti dalla struttura vi è l'utilizzo gratuito del Wi-Fi nelle camere e nelle aree comuni. Sono presenti una zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice, area cucina con forno e lavastoviglie, parcheggio privato, prodotti dell’orto, due barbecue, biciclette e ping pong. A disposizione, inoltre, una reception attiva 24 ore su 24, il servizio navetta aeroportuale (a pagamento) per gli scali di Brindisi e Bari, il servizio di autonoleggio.

Historical Masseria Costa dei trulli
The Masseria was build in the late 1800s, once used as oil mill. It is surrounded by the typical apullian countryside, in a scenario of orchards and olive groves and dry stone walls and is situated on the coast of the Valle d'Itria, the land of Trulli, near Monopoli. This typical artefact of the traditional Apulian architecture is nearby the best stretch coast of Bari, with long stretches of sand and bays. The masseria is also situated in a very good position, to easily reach the main touristic cities and villages like Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Monopoli , Ostuni, Locorotondo, Bari.
It was not easy, after numerous and demanding restoration works, to preserve the original structure of the building and preserve the austere identity of the place, its fascinating and simple architectural lines and restore beauty to the star-shaped vaults that ennoble and embellish the ceilings, the walls of "tufo", the floors of "chianche" and the evocative "dry stone walls" that enclose the entire structure.
For the furnishing, with an upcycling approach, the aim was the recovery of materials and objects already present in the structure, such as windows, iron rods, boards, doors and gates, or purchased in the markets, giving them a new and decorative use, through the combination of simple DIY objects with tools of peasant life, contemporary pieces in industrial style, shabby, and vintage furnishings.
The Masseria offers a wonderful living room, with a large central fireplace, and a large sitting area, a lush, colorful and fragrant garden of 3000 square meters furnished with sofas, armchairs, swings, hammocks, tables and chairs.
The spacious rooms, furnished with an upcycling approach in a sober and refined Mediterranean design, are characterized by star vaults and floors in fine local stone. All equipped with private entrance, a living area with kitchen and living room, stone beds, private bathroom with bidet and charming stone showers, also have outdoor areas (patio/ terrace/ garden) and enjoy views of the hill of the Itria Valley, the view of the garden and the sea of olive trees that characterize the landscape. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, radiators, sheets and towels, 32-inch TV, flat-screen satellite, dishes and hairdryer.
